Cinnamon roll smoothie


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tbsp rolled oats

  • 1/2 apple deseeded and roughly chopped

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 4-6 ice cubes


Method

  1. Blend all your ingredients together and blend on high until smooth and creamy. You may need to add a little more water depending on the thickness of your protein powder and desired taste.

  2. Transfer to a glass, dust with cinnamon and enjoy!
