Pumpkin season means pumpkin spice everything but your health doesn't have to suffer from it. Treat yourself to some wonderful pumpkin spice yummy's but remember to through in some healthy treats as well. This smoothie has all the flavor you are looking for but on the lighter side and makes a great breakfast! It's packed with protein so it makes a great post workout treat too. If you need more volume, add more ice and you'll get yourself a bigger smoothie but remember you'll probably need more liquid and if you add more milk, you are upping the cals so I would stick to water. Unless you add a huge amount it shouldn't affect the flavor. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 cup milk of choice
100g pumpkin puree
3 tbsp vanilla protein powder
2 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Ice to taste
Method:
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth! Dust with additional pumpkin pie spice and enjoy.
